How do I switch back to Classic Yahoo? there is no switchback button at the top or bottom of the beta page.?

I guess they want everyone to switch to Google - that seems to be our only choice.

you can not get back because they do not want you to have it. If they did they would put the link at the bottom of page like they claim.

Are you talking about your mail page?  If so, if you are in the Beta, in the top right section of the page, right above the weather (unless you changed it) there should be an Options button.  Click on that and one of the choices is "switch to original Yahoo mail"
