How do I switch off the ringer on Avaya Partner phone?

I work with the Avaya Phone system and there is no button to switch off the ringer. There is a Feature button, but no instructions what code to input in order to stop the phone from ringing.

I don't want to unplug the phone, I want to control the ringer on and off.

Oh, and turning the volume down doesn't work either - it will not go all the way down to mute.

Avaya Partner phones run off of a master phone system.

What model phone do you have, it should be on the phone somewhere...

Do you know what type of system you have also?  That would help.
