How do I sync files, folders, contacts and calendar entries between 4 Windows Vista Premium computers?

I am looking to setup sync partnerships using windows vista premium's sync center, but I don't know how to do it, or if it is actually possible. I would like to be able to sync the content of my documents folder, a few specific files, media, contacts, calander entries, and anything else I might be able too.

just go to network and sharing center and allow them to connect with each other.

Microsoft goes out of it's way to make sure syncing any Outlook data is a nightmare without using Microsoft Exchange. Sharing network data isn't a challenge at all. But, if you want to have an easy option of sharing data in Outlook, your only option is an Exchange Server. You can share data in Outlook but it requires an IT person that is comfortable with importing and exporting data while maintaining data consistency.
