How do I sync my ipod to a new itunes library without losing the current music?

My previous laptop was stolen... Now I want to add more music to my ipod, without losing the music on it.

You can't sync the iPod because when you sync it replaces the music that was on the iPod. If you manually manage your music you can drag new music onto your iPod and won't lose any of your old music. Hope this helps!
