How do I synch my personal calendar and my group calendar?

I have begun using Yahoo Sync on my laptop. It syncs Outlook with my personal Yahoo calendar just fine; I want it to syncronize my Group calendar instead. Failing that, how can I get my personal calendar to sync with my Group calendar?

Go to http://calendar.yahoo.com and sign in if necessary.

On upper right side of page, click on Options.

In the Events column, click Time Guides.

Scroll down to the list of your groups.

Select the group(s) whose events you want to show on your calendar.

Scroll down to bottom of page and click Save.

(Personal calendar events are never visible on group calendars.)
