How do I take CritterTrail add-on off?

I bought a wheel add-on and it puts all it food there and starts to run and gets too noisy at night. also what are good cages that I should get if I want a new cage?

uuuuuuuuuugggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh! i got the wheel once and the same thing happened only it was lready builtt in so i had to get another cage!:( ♥

You could try prying it with a butter knife, that might work. I had to do that and the butter knife worked for me. :)

i had the same trouble with my gerbiles-squeeky wheel

all wheels can come off but i would suggest just putting them in a different room temporarily. I did that and eventually my gerbils would be quiet at niht.

as for cadges u shouldnt get critter trails if they chew thru the cadge is ruined and its hard to clean. i would suggest a metal cadge that has extra platforms so they can still climb around.
