How do I take a photo out of email and bring it into Mircrosoft Works?

Someone sent me an email with a photo. I want to bring that photo into a document I'm working on in Microsoft Works? Or Microsoft Word? I've tried. The photo goes in but I can move or manipulate the photo into the positon I want?

Right click the pic and click Save Picture As and then just import it into any program you want
