It's a palm tree, but could you tell me what species?

it looks to me like a parlour palm.  The site below has some good pictures and informatoin about the plant you could look at to be sure.  THis palm is extremely easy to care for, just make sure that you don't put it in full sun outdoors  or let it dry out for too long, those are the only times I've had problems with it.

Bright lite when you water water throughly and let it dry to about an inch then repeat.
