How do I take direct video recordings from my television while recording my voice?

i would say to use unregistered hyper cam2 download it from download .com and record ur voice with microphone  NOTE THIS WORK 4  COMPTERS ONLY                                                                                                the only problem at the top left corner it say unregistered hyper cam2 edit with widows movie maker
