How do I take geographical coordinates & get a street address???? HELP!! ?

how can i plug in geographical coordinates and get a street address?

is there a website where I can do this?

and also, if you get a phone call and call it back and it says the line is used for outgoing calls only..what does that mean about the number? is it a pay phone or buisness or something?

You can plug in coordinates on google maps: http://maps.google.com/ and then kind of guess at it. Maybe use "street view" to figure out the number and street it it's available in that region.
