I am just wondering how I can take off the car name on my car so it doesn't have a name anymore, it's a 2000 Plymouth Neon. Im wondering if I can just use something to scrape it off or what I would have to do.

If someone could tell me what to exactly do that would be amazing!

Thank You!

  1. Heat it up with a heat gun or a hair dryer. Some people say a heat gun is too hot, but I have used one on a Ram and had no paint problems at all. Then peel it off, and wipe the residue off with GooGone or alcohol. Then after you have wiped the residue off, clean the area with car wash soap. After you do all of this, I usually get some polishing compound and rub the area where the decal used to be. After you have done all of this, you shouldn't be able to tell that there was a decal there. Good luck.

  2. use a hair drier and heat it up a little it will come off, don't try and remove it though until it gets warm them it should come right off, good luck.
