How do I take the back tire off a Specailized FourFifteen BMX?

I punctured the back tire of my Specialized FourFifteen BMX bike the other day so I went and got a new inner tube but when the time came after I took the pegs off to remove the wheel I couldnt get it off. When you would normaly be able to push the wheel foreward to loosen the chain you can't on this bike. It is fulsh against the back part of the frames carrything. So how do I get the chain off the back gear to pull the tire out?

walmart has a chain breaker its like 3 bucks and it takes the pins out of the chain, and goes right back together. The chain also might have a master link
