How do I talk to him? Please Help! (need guys perspectives but girls are welcome to help)?

I'm afraid if I talk Email/talk to this guy he'll get creeped out. Do you think if I talk/email him he'll freak?

* in 7 (im currently in 8th) my friend told him i liked him and he seemed cool about it (he actually seemed interested)

* We havent talked since 7th. ( by talked i mean in 7th grade we said hi a couple times (well i did) and he smiled and waved back )

*He is always shy around me

*my friend asked him out for me in 7th grade (couple days b4 summer vacation) but he said no (his friend said it was b/c hes just not rdy 4 a girlfriend but i got discouraged)

If you're always afraid, nothing will ever happen. You have to take that chance and make a move. It's freaky, I know, but it's something that must be done if you ever want things to change. Just start out by making casual conversation. Find something that you two have in common and go from there. Try to put all the past awkwardness behind you. Don't let it freak you out now. Pretend it doesn't/never bothered you and he won't think twice about it.

im in 8th also and i say you should ask him out again. text him or IM him. or even call him. ask him and his friends to meet you and your friends at the movie so that you can get to know him very well in the comfort of your own friends and he can get used to being around your friends.
