How do I tap a keg?

Do you have the tap?  Are you of legal age?  If so, then pull the lever in the up position.  Put the tap over the keg hole and push down with the tap as you turn it clock-wise.  It should fit into the groves made for the tap.  Now pull down on the lever.  It's tapped.  (I haven't tapped a keg in years so I might be a little off, but you'll need to put a little muscle into it.)
