ok school is starting again so I have to wake up early. its summer so im used to going to bed at around 12 to1am and sleeping in until like 10... my school starts at 7:45 and im used to setting my alarm to 6am and going back to sleep and hitting the snooze until like 7-10ish, which isnt good because that doesnt give me enough time in the morning to get ready or finish up some last minute studying if i need to.. so how do I get in the habit of waking up the first time the alarm goes off?
