  1. Keep stretching the groin everyday. You have to be very patient.


  2. just stretch then go down as far as possible. if you do this everyday then you will get better and go down farther each day. Hope i could help!!


  3. you cant teach yourself how to do the splits, you have to practice and stretch to get your splits. start in a runners lunge position and hold that for about 15 seconds, then lean back so your back knee is on the ground and your front leg is forward and reach for your foot and hold that for about 15 seconds, then put your front leg at a 90 degree angle in front of you and put your back knee on the ground and hold your back foot up and push your hips forward (15 seconds again), stand up put one leg in front and one in back both straite and lean forward to your front fooot (15 seconds), then go into your splits and hold it for about a minute. keep doing that every day: twice a day, and you will get them before too long.

  4. !!! Doing a split was my new years resolution, and I'm getting pretty close close! It takes a while, but be patient and you'll get it.  This website has all the exercises I do.
