How do I tell a hot girl I like her?

really like her. But shes kinda out of my league should I say. Shes very pretty and has a good tan. I am a sophomore and she is a freshman. I really scared to tell her that she looks good but I can't really go out with her cause I have very strict parents. I don't mean that I'm really ugly but yeah shes in poms and she has a nice butt lol. Shes also in marching band too. I don't know if she was trying to hint something but she made me hold her flute and she had short shorts on. So she had no pockets. She kinda lifted her shirt to show her belly button and stretched her pants in front of me showing her underwear which was black and she put her drill there in her pants like right in front of me maybe hoping to grab my attention??!? Not sure? Kind of nervous..

She's is just another girl, no different from millions others. So don't perceive her as a goddess, coz that's exactly what girls want. And that's exactly what's gonna make you miserable if you get sucked into it.  Keep your mind cool and don't let her make you crazy...
