I have this friend and we're close enough but not best friends. We go together for every project and group work thing. My best friend is in another class. I'm always going with her for everything and I like change and variety. A reason I don't get along with my family too well, they hate change. But anyway I'd like to work with someone different, be separated just for once. If she has no-one else to go with of course I'll go with her but I'd like to go with another group for one time. How do I tell her without hurting her feelings coz the other kids in the grade hates her because she can be a bit bossy and bit of a perfectionist, but we have other friends in our class so she should be fine. How do I tell her?

  1. Be open with her and tell her that you think it would broaden your perspective to work with another group.  It will also help you learn different study skills.  Put it to her that both of you will benefit.  Good luck.  She might get mad but she will get over it.
