How do I tell if I have seen a ghost?

see them, but  just feel

them in your presence.

Sometimes it's obvoius -Shadows or mists.- Sometimes they just look solid like real people or animals - or objects. That's when it's more difficult. The only way you notice those is when something in your mind flags up that it is impossible. Examples of this are people walking through locked doors, into areas that are found to be deserted or blocked, or on second look or other information found not to exist.

There are stories of people being passed by figures who say goodmorning - then dissapear. Another of a complete building that dissapears and reappears at random. Or of complete vilages that appear as they once were.

These are the ones that are harder to draw the line.

When you see one it you will just know maybe not at first but you will realize that is what you saw

Did you have a chance to ask the ghost if it was a ghost or not? That might be the best way.

Or watch the move Poltergeist. If anything happened like happened in that movie, it was probably a ghost.

But I'd say an interview with the ghost is your best bet.

You mean whether it is just in you imagination, like you can't trust yourself and your own mind? I suppose you would need to go to a shrink and pay several thousands of dollars to "legitimate" "legal" "authorities" of society to tell you that you are sane and can trust your own mind. If you see one, you will know. Usually they are transparent or at least vanish while you are looking at them or pass through walls and such.

The most you can do is believe... there are a few exceptions.

Only YOU can answer that question. For years, I always believed in the paranormal and always wanted to see one but to be honest....I wasnt sure if they existed.  It seemed when I went looking, it never happened, of course. I'm 25 now. When I was 23, a friend and I were in the woods checking out this shack house. We were not looking for ghosts. It didn't even cross our minds.  We just like to explore old things. Leaving the pile of wood rubble we actually found, we both saw something we couldn't honestly explain. It was something not of human form, nor any type of light my friend or myself ever seen. And the appearance of it, was just what I had pictured a ghost to be. And that is how I knew it. We were all alone, just him and myself and we both stopped in our tracks at the same time without saying a word. My heart literally dropped and I froze. Not so much scared, more like WTF! did I just see. When we got back to his house, we were afraid to tell people, thinking we were crazy. I know I am not crazy, I know what I saw and I don't care what people think. It just proves to myself that I have seen what I have wanted to see for so many years, and it is awesome. Unfortunately since then, I have wanted to see more, but haven't gotten the chance and I may never will see one again. Who knows. It happens when you least expect it.

You will know if you see one, alot of people will pass it off as their imagination, cause they can be there one second and gone the next, sometimes youll see just a shadow, mist, sometimes orbs can be seen with your naked eyes, sometimes a person can just appear as normal, then disappear in a blink of an eye...most people will feel the pressense of someone or something around them, some ghosts can come to you in dreams..sometimes you can see an apparition...but when you do see something out of the normal, you will know...sometimes you might see lights floating...it all depends.....

Gee anyone who says Ghosts are fake is SO wrong, they just say that so they don't get scared and they believe there is a scientific explanation to everything, but its wrong there are ghosts and just deal with them. Treat them like they weren't even there. Unless they tell you to get out then do as they say.
