How do I tell my friend I like her?

I'm a pretty shy guy and I don't even know if she likes me. The other problem is she is the twin sister of my best friend. I told him about it and he said it might be a little awkward, but i rarely hang out with the two of them at the same time. I need an outsiders opinion on what I should do and if i should do it. I'm also running out of time cause we graduate the end of this year from high school. Help.

well c if your friend agrees first then make your move... and then you should ask her out then tell her you like her.. or either.. tell her when you guys are alone...

Okay, I'll start off with the worst possible outcome: If you tell her and she doesn't feel the same way, you may risk losing a friend, and you need to make sure you're okay with taking that risk, or are you okay with not saying anything and possibly regretting this for the rest of your life?

Flirt with her and see how she responds. If this produces good results then try to tell her your feelings. I know it's hard, I'm a shy gal and I worked up enough courage to tell my guy friend I liked him. Or maybe you can have her brother ask her who she likes, or even one of her girlfriends. However the best way is to just ask her yourself.

Also, try doing it in email or on the phone because it gives her and you both a lack of face-to-face interaction, which will make you feel more comfortable and her as well.

play truth or dare lol have your friend ask who you like but kinda dont let it right out be cool and if she gets freaked out and goes ewww kinda say if your not comfortable with it tell me and say thats ok i still like you as a friend and whala your fine
