How do I tell my friends?

that my 360 isn't working. I am not ignoring anybody. I just got a flash of about 15 messages going back to New Year's Eve then it disappeared again.

I've posted a notice in my blast and blog. I've had it up for a week or so. They all know by now, as a result. If that doesn't work, then see if you can contact at least one friend in a different way (Y!Mail or IM) and ask them to spread the word.

You can check those messages, but you have to figure out the block of time during the day that your Top Page comments and Mailbox are working properly.

Also, you can try deleting comments/messages when everything is working properly and it may appear successful, but it will likely return to the old view the next day at certain times.

I'm not sure if it's temporary or not, but...

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet, so it could happen any time between January and end of March 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details.However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about it.

Usually when you make a friend contact on the 360 they put that persons email address into your address book at Yahoo Mail..

The email is a good way to send them all a message about your problems and for them to know you miss them..
