  1. I used to feel the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had problems sleeping. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  2. Insomnia is a nighttime sleeping problem. It may cause daytime problems, such as:

    Tiredness

    Lack of energy

    Difficulty concentrating

    Irritability

These problems sometimes leave a person feeling out of step with what's happening around them. Lack of quality sleep can put them at risk of depression, poor health - even accidents.

People vary in their need for, and satisfaction with, sleep. Insomnia isn't only about the number of hours a person sleeps each night; rather, it is also about a person's perception that his or her sleep is inadequate. A feeling of inadequate sleep may be caused by:

    Difficulty falling asleep

    Difficulty staying asleep

Insomnia is described by how long it lasts.

Transient Insomnia: lasting for a short time

Intermittent Insomnia: occurring on and off

Chronic Insomnia: occurring on most nights and lasting for a month or more.

If you think insomnia is affecting your next day, use the sleep diary to track your sleep for 7 nights, then discuss your sleep patterns with your doctor to see if a prescription sleep aid, such as AMBIEN CR, is the right treatment for you.

AMBIEN CR is indicated for the treatment of insomnia.

    Important Safety Information

AMBIEN CR is a treatment option you and your healthcare provider can consider along with lifestyle changes and can be taken for as long as your provider recommends. Until you know how AMBIEN CR will affect you, you shouldn't drive or operate machinery. Be sure you're able to devote 7 to 8 hours to sleep before being active again. Sleepwalking, and eating or driving while not fully awake, with amnesia for the event, have been reported. If you experience any of these behaviors contact your provider immediately. In rare cases, sleep medicines may cause allergic reactions such as swelling of your tongue or throat, shortness of breath or more severe results. If you have an allergic reaction while using AMBIEN CR, contact your doctor immediately. Side effects may include next-day drowsiness, dizziness and headache. It's non-narcotic; however, like most sleep medicines, it has some risk of dependency. Don't take it with alcohol.

  3. The main symptom of insomnia is trouble falling and/or staying asleep, which leads to lack of sleep. The lack of sleep can cause others symptoms, such as:

    -  Waking up feeling tired or not well rested

    -  Feeling tired or very sleepy during the day

    -  Having trouble focusing on tasks

    -  Feeling anxious, depressed, or irritable

Insomnia is a condition in which you have trouble falling or staying asleep. It is a common condition that can cause daytime sleepiness and lack of energy. There are two types of insomnia: secondary and primary. Secondary insomnia is the most common type. Secondary means that the insomnia is a symptom or a side-effect of some other problem. Primary insomnia is not a side-effect of another problem, and it generally persists for 1 month or longer. Insomnia that lasts for more than 1 month and is present at least 3 nights a week is called chronic insomnia. Insomnia that lasts for less than 1 month is called short-term or acute insomnia. Chronic insomnia is a serious problem that can affect your mood, safety, and performance at work or school. If insomnia continues for a few weeks, see your doctor. Secondary insomnia often goes away or improves without treatment if you can eliminate its cause. Your doctor will usually diagnose insomnia based on your medical history, sleep history, a physical exam, and a sleep study if the cause of your insomnia is unclear. Lifestyle changes, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and sleep medicines can be used to treat insomnia.

You didn't say how old your are....I'm gonna guess your a young teenager.  If your mom won't listen to you (and I have to say as a mother I can't understand this) and if your of school age maybe your mom would listen to a teacher or school nurse.  If she got a call from one of them maybe she would take you more seriously.  How about your father?...is he around?  or maybe an aunt or grandparent...you must know someone that will listen to you.  You need to get checked out before you get some other medical condition from your lack of sleep.
