  1. Forget crazy diets for losing weight.. Acai Berry is this new product I've been trying after seeing it on Oprah. I'm already seeing results!! You should give it a shot, here's a special link for a free 14-day trial.

  2. If she ever leaves the house, or if your family has a TV, or if she's ever looked at a magazine, believe me, she already knows.  Don't bother telling her, you'll only hurt her feelings.

You call yourself "fat b*****d," maybe you should start eating healthier yourself, and encourage her to eat like you do.  Invite her to go for a walk with you.  Put your concerns into action, not words, that is the way to help her.  That is, if you really do want to help her.  Maybe all you want to do is hurt her feelings.  I know how brothers can be.

  3. USch obesity is usually a hormonal problem. and diet and exercise sounds like a lot of hard work. that is why you need a professional. fix an appointment for yourself with a dietician. just ask her to give you compoany. the dietician will be able to detect what the problem is. and they way they counsel and suggest a plan, motivates everyone! they give very workable suggestions. so fix an appointment for yourself. it is a very small price to pay for your sisters health. because this kind of weight needs a pro plan. she wont be able to do it on her won.

  4. say your obese and i am worried for your health so please lose some weight.

  5. help her.

go on a diet together so she wont be alone thats how my bro helped me out when i was younger even though he wasnt that much over weight but i was alot and he did the same thing so i wouldnt be alone and i lost alot of weight

  6. What u need to tell her is that u and her need to have a talk then tell her that u think that she might have to lose some weight?

  7. You just have to be honest & tell her that her weight could be having a detrimental affect on her health. Suggest going on a diet together & make sure she knows that she has your full support. A visit to the GP for a health check up would be useful- knowing that her cholesterol or blood pressure are high (probably!) can act as an incentive boost. The GP may also be able to provide her with a sensible eating & exercise plan. Get on with it before her health suffers & don't be nervous, she is your sister after all!

    Good luck

  8. tell her now befor she gets to fat and people make fun of her

  9. tell her all the thing that could happen to a girl her sizes if she doesnt try to loose weight.if that doesnt work you'll have to make fun of her, it pushes people to to do things they wouldnt normally care about
