You can't. It's just a gimmick sales. I have an autographed tire by Richard Petty, he signed it right in front of me at PIR (Phoenix) many years ago, right off his car. He used a grease pencil.

I've seen them for sale up to $150 in NASCAR souvenir stores.

I don't know...thats a tough call...it says it's from the Daytona 500 but for that matter it could be off of one of the forklifts in the garage.  I wouldn't buy it.

Well, according to the description it just says its from one of the first 50 Daytona 500 winners. So figure out who won the first through the 50th race. And it's obviously one of them, haha. Sorry I'm not much help!
