How do I terminate our Yahoo group? (I am a moderator of the group)?

you may not have the priviledges to do this. to locate yours, click members tab- click moderators on the top- click edit memebrship below your ID- scroll down to bottom page to view your priviledges and see of the 9 which you have.

(most times owners do not assign the delete priviledge)

you need to go to the management  on the side of your screen and go too the bottom where it says delete group.
