How do I text message from my PC to a friend's cell? There used to be a link on the site, now I can't find it

There used to be a link for "text messaging from your PC" - now I can't find it any more - is that option still available on the yahoo site? All I see is info about texting back and forth between PHONES, but nothing about messaging from your PC to a phone. I know you used to be able to do this, because I did it often, and now the site has changed and I can't find the link to take me to the page where you put in the friend's cellphone number and send them a text from your PC.... can anyone help?
