How do I think of an idea or how do people think of a great idea that wil make millions??

That's a good question.  Usually those million dollar ideas are something that solves a problem.  There is a good book as well that helps you to come up with the ideas and licensing them.  I hope this helps.

In my case, I kept thinking of ideas that wouldn't work, until one day, I was looking for what was wrong with what I was doing and couldn't find a problem.
