  1. dude, if it is in a hotel, you should get a bunch of people and play hide and seek in the WHOLE hotel and make all the workers and guests soo mad!! or play loud music, or play pranks on all the employees there. Dude, there is soo much to do in a hotel, just find something that amuses you and your friends and go for it!! have fun making people mad!


  2. Different drink in each room.  I also like to put an appetizer in each room and make it a theme from a country.  Mini tacos and tequila sunrise, wine and cheese, oozo and phyllo puffs...you get the idea.

Rent a ballroom and have the hotel cater it...they will take care of setting up the food and cleaning up the food area afterwards.  Most hotels will take care of all cleanup if it is included in the fee.  You should be able to bring in your own decorations but you will need to clean that part up yourself.  If alcohol is involved (and I suspect it will be)...have a designated driver or even a cab or two on hand to get people home safely.  You might even consider renting a few rooms for the night as well.  Just make sure the event planner at the hotel knows exactly what you want and expect from the party, sych as food, cleanup, band or dj, etc... and make sure you get everything in writing (in your contract).
