Is that like a cravat? (When I look for "rouche" it sends me to cravat.) If so, this is a great video. I was laughing - the guy is just too cute. And the background music is funny - all techno to tie the tie!

One website had pictures of ties that looked different (that you wear with kilts and tartans), and it said "you tie it like a regular tie."

if you google "how to tie a rouche tie it comes up with instructions! Or failing that go to you tube and type in what you want the videos are great help. X
