How do I top up the oil on my Mountain Bike Front Forks?

I have 2006 Model Rock Shox Judy J3 forks which require some oil to be topped up.

The owners manual doesn't actually tell you how to do it, neither do the downloadable pdf technical manuals on their website.

The lock out function no longer works, and I think it may require an oil top up.

Can anyone tell me how to do this at home please?
