How do I track everything? Just got opk's and bbt..what do I do?

I am just learning about all this hoping I would have gotten preg. on the first time. Seeing a bfn sucks and I want this to happen asap! I just got 20 opk's and I just ordered the thermometer. I have a fertilitygal chart. I'm on cd #7 when do I temp and test? Any advise would be helpful.

You will want to start BBT now and continue temping until you get pregnant.  Depending on your cycle length, I woul dstart testing on CD 10 until I have a positive OPK.  Once you get the + OPK, that is when you want to start baby dancing.  I would also suggest getting, "Taking Charge of your Fertitly," by Toni Weschler.  This book will really hepl you understand everything.  HT & GL
