My provider is Three, I'm in the UK on mobile broadband. I've got a limit of 7GB a month, and I need to make sure I don't go over that. Any suggestions for how I can keep track?

  1. try calling the broadband call center

it is a toll free number .

ask them usually it is a web address  from where you type your user name and password

    and see your net usage.

do you have any night unlimited???

  2. Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor > Network tab shows data received and sent, iStat Pro widget has the same info among other things. Activity Monitor reverts to 0 when the Mac is rebooted. I think iStat Pro does the same, I've never checked if it does revert to 0 when rebooting.

You should run a search for a program at versiontracker.com and macupdate.com
