How do I trade Pokemon from XD Gale of Darkness to my Emerald Version?

Question

I have the Game Boy Advance connector cable and all that, but where do I go to trade the XD pokemon to my Emerald Version? I want to put my purified Lugia on my Emerald Version. Thanks in advance, I REALLY need help. :)

i tried it you can you just have to make sure that you have beaten the elite four. go to the basement of phenec city pkmn center. its easy make sure you have saved in a pokemon center on emerald.

well first on your emerald you have to have beat the elite four and have the national pokedex and saved at the pokemon center then on your xd game you have to have beat the game and you can only purify lugia on your xd,and to trade you have to go to phenec city,then go to the pokemon center in the basement
