How do I trade my AT&T phone for another one?

My cell phone service was bought out by AT&T, and we needed to switch over to AT&T. I got a refurbished phone off of the AT&T website, but I like a different one WAY better than the one I got in the mail. How do I trade my refurbished phone in for a different one?

you cant.   you will have to buy the other one and you could try and sale the other one on ebay or craigslist.

How long have you had your phone>? what type of phone is it? is it still in warranty? have you gotten it wet?

If your phone is less than a year old, has no water or physical damage, then you can get a new phone through warranty exchange. They'll give you the same cell phone, but after three times, you can get any phone you want.

If it was less than 30 days, than you can return it. BTW: all phones your going to recieve from the company are going to be refurbished.
