How do I tranfer money to US bank?

I am living in US and I have a house in Vietnam. Now, I will sell my house over there but I don't know how to tranfer money to US bank?I don't think the Vietnam bank allow me to open an account then do the wire tranfer. The fee tranfer from Western Union is too expensive.The amount is about 50k. What can i do now?

These are all your options apart from bring the money into the US in cash.  Why won't a Vietnam bank do this for you?  They will charge you but this is the best way.  Or you could get a local bank to produce a US Dollar denominated cashier's check.
