How do I transfer VHS to DVD?

I have some footage on VHS that I need to transfer to DVD. Is there a service that does this?

costco sells a $50 software called "VHS to DVD"  it is a great buy

you need a capture card like easycap http://www.amazon.com/EasyCap-Capture-Ad...     hook it up to the computer and VCR and record the video. Edit it if you like, then burn to disc.
