How do I transfer data from old pc to new pc?

I have Microsoft Office 2007 on my old pc (XP) and I want to transfer it to my new pc (Vista) but have lost container that my info came in.

download it and try geting the serial for that office 2007 so u can use it on the new 1

you can get the data from yur old computer and put it up on a data hosting website. once it's up, you can log into yur account on the site on the other computer and download it from there. it's pretty safe too. just use a site that's at the top of good
