How do I transfer music from my PC OR a CD to Itunes and then to IPod?

Question

I have lot of music on my PC and also some CD which I first want to transfer to I-Tunes (Windows).

I want to transfer entire FOLDERS from my PC and want to have the same names on I-Tunes as well as eventually I Pod. I also want to categorize music from CD too in folders.

How do I create these Folders just as we do in PC?

How do I transfer these manually on I Pod after transferring to I Tunes?

Is there a website which gives stepwise information?

With this u can directly transfer your music and videos from PC to iPod, of course u can transfer to iTunes if u want.
