unless you take to original files of the songs, and put them on the other ipod

you can't.

you can transfer music from itunes to ipod but you can't transfer music from ipod to itunes therefore you can't transfer music from ipod to another ipod.

blame apple for this. apple and their copyright bullsh*t!
