How do I transfer my ipod music to my new itunes library?

my old pc (of EIGHT years) got a really bad virus so my parents bought a new mac (they didn't want to go through all the hassle of wiping the hard drive of a crappy computer)

unfortunately, that means I have to somehow transfer the music on my ipod to the mac.

help please ? :)

You can go to http://www.ipodtunesdownloads.com they have a program that you can use to download and it will do this for you. There are even video tutorials which will help you along with your ipod
