How do I transfer my landline phone to my cell phone?

When people call my landline, I want it to ring on my cell phone, because my landline is going to be tied up by my pc. I know that it's * or # something. I just can't remember the number that follows.

on my phone it's *72 to activate...to deactivate it's *73

Press 72#, or *72,  you'll hear a couple of beeps, then enter your cell phone number. Your cell will ring, answer it. Forwarding is now activated and you can hang up both phones. If for some reason you can't answer the phone you're forwarding to, for example if you're already on a call, do the procedure twice.  When you want to deactivate forwarding, simply dial 73# or *73 on your land phone.
