take the files from your computer and put them onto the zune with the cord.

You have to have a music player on your computer made by microsoft (like windows media player) and then open up the zune software and it should sync it to the software and then sync it to the system. anymore problems email the zune company and ask them

my mommy has a zune...i used the CD that came in the box and it was realy easy...drag and drop to be exact..if its in real player its in one of your music files so it will show in the zune program
