How do I transfer over my iTunes info to another computer?

Question

I have had my iTunes library for a little over 2 years. In this time, I have listened to a lot of music.

Now I am about to get a new computer, and I really don't want to lose my play counts and dates added and my playlists.

Is there any way I can transfer all my iTunes info and stats to my new computer?

I hate to say it, but, when you transfer you loose all the stats. Which you appear to already know. The only thing you can do, at least in my knowledge, is to record all the stats by hand, and go through your songs and rank up those playcounts by hand. It may take a while, but, that's the only thing I can think of. I had to do the same thing when I got a new computer.
