How do I transfer pictures FROM my Computer TO my T300 Sony Camera?

I have a Sony T300 camera and I want to take pictures formatted as DSC00001.jpg (DSCXXXXX.jpg) and I want to move them to my camera but when I do, nothing shows up on the camera. I can see that they are on the memory card but it doesnt show up in any album or record folder.

I have tried this with my Canon PowerShot A80 and it doesn't work.

That is because your camera is not a playback device ... the reason you can see images taken by the camera so the photographer can make minor changes in composition or exposure ... it was never intended do what you want.

You may or may not have some success by copying the images to your memory card, but you will have to put them in the file folder that holds the images your camera has saved.
