How do I transfer saved games from one computer to another?

We just got a new computer- and I want to get all my saved game files (like The Sims 2, Age of Empire III, Roller coaster Tycoon etc.) that are really far within the game onto my new computer!

What you are going to need to do is try and locate the folder where your games are saved.  I think for Age of Empires its in My Documents->My Games.  Once found copy them to a temporary storage device such as a usb.

Now go to your new computer and paste the files into the exact same folder.  You should be able to play your saved games now.
