music files from itunes are drm-laden. in order to play them on zen mp3 player, you need a special program to help strip off the protection and convert the itunes music to mp3. i always use tuneclone. my friend introduced it to me. it automatically generates a virtual cd burner, with which the music files can be converted at very high speed.

it'll be easier if you put the songs on one folder from your itunes then transfer it with windows media player or the program that came with it. i prefer windows media player to transfer songs and i use the zen media explorer to transfer videos and pictures
