in movie maker, It's always says it's the wrong format =( it's a VOB file and move maker and sony vegas don't support it. I tried a converter but All of them are free trials or demos and It's always annoying cos It either only does a certain amount of space or it puts a water mark on the video. I don't have money to buy lol =D

  1. It cannot be done

  2. If your computer has a drawer loading DVD drive, you can rip the video with HandBrake.

    http://handbrake.fr/

  4. Try freeware converters

    - Windows media encoder

    - Prism

    - ChopperXP: converts orig VOB file to new VOB file, w/c is really a .mpg file. Just rename the new VOB file from *.vob to *.mpg.
