How do I transition my 5 month old to her crib?

she had been sleeping in her carseat due to reflex and now i need to get her to sleep in her crib but she won't, she gets hysterical when i try to leave her in there.

  1. What if you start by moving her carseat into the crib so she gets used to the surroundings before just putting her in her crib. Then when you get her out of the car seat, try to put something around her - like one of those wedges that has sides so she still feels "enclosed".


  2. Try and prop the Mattress up a little bit, as it may feel more like her carseat. Since she has acid reflux she still needs to be propped

    Just try and put a pillow UNDER the mattress and see if it props it up. You don't want it to propped, but just enough she is tilted a little up.

    Never put pillows in the Crib, as it may cause suffocation.
