I have a Japanese manual for a mobile phone here in Japan. I need to translate the .PDF file into English. Copying the text and pasting it into Google Translate doesn't work. Any ideas on the easiest way to do this?

  1. I searched a bit on Google and found these interesting results:

http://japanese.about.com/od/dictionarie... - This one is an article on the renowned site About.com which has listed some good online translators. Try it out.

http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ - This one is from something known as Yahoo! Babel, it's a translator, but the only drawback is that it allows only 150 character a time. So, I guess if you use this you should just pick up the important info from the manual and paste it here.

There are other translators too but most have such restrictions. Just search in Google, japanese to english, or somthing like that.

    Hope your problem gets solved.
