How do I transmit a pic from my folder to Yahoo?

I have a photo folder. what do I have to do if I want to transmit a photo to Yahoo answers out of one of my folders?

open your profile settings and instead of making an aviator click on upload image then choose the folder where it is located and open it , then wait a minute until they tell u upload was successful
